The Alba Method is a safe alternative to emotion memory and other psychological techniques for releasing, maintaining, and controlling emotional states in the rehearsal studio and on stage. This powerful technique is the result of more than 30 years of research by neuroscientist Susana Bloch with professional and student actors in Europe and South America.
As a master trainer of the Alba Method, Nancy Loitz provides opportunities for students of all levels to learn, develop and eventually master this powerful technique. In addition, she can help you identify and explore application of the method to both your professional and personal life. Nancy also serves as a teacher and mentor to Alba practitioners who aspire to become trainers themselves.

Cancellation policy:
Although it is too soon to know what the Covid-19 situation will be like in June, we want to assure you as much as we can. We will be following all government advice and hopefully we will be able to carry on, particularly as class sizes are small, but will assess the situation nearer the time. Here are our promises so far:
1. In the event that we have to cancel, all fees will be refunded in full.
2. In the event courses carry on, but you have any reason to believe you are infected, you will be refunded in full and won't be able to attend.
3. If gatherings are limited to smaller than the course size, we hope to continue the course with reduced numbers and refunding anyone not able to attend as a result, however we will be re-assessing risk at that time to make sure we all feel safe.
4. If we're unable to proceed in June, we will try to reschedule to August. Anyone unable to attend the new dates would be refunded.
5. In any event, we will do anything and everything we can to ensure everyone who participates stays healthy and we won't put you in a position where you feel you have to choose between safety and any fee already paid.
Hopefully the situation will be under control by June and gatherings of 14 will be permitted (12 students plus Nancy, plus an assistant she may be bringing).
